Set up in 2001 by Dr Thaddeus Birchard & Associates, the goal of the Marylebone Centre is to provide psychological therapies and help for people with specific problems including:

We also work with complex problems associated with sexual identity, orientation, and historic trauma.
In the area of sexuality, the practice draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-psychotherapy, systemic insights, psychoanalytic theory and a tradition of pastoral care to help illuminate, clarify and resolve these problems.
Although a successful therapeutic outcome cannot be guaranteed, the practice seeks to liaise with other health and social care disciplines for a comprehensive and constructive approach.
Group work and all individual and couple consultations take place at 79 Marylebone Lane, London, W1U 2PX.
